Delete Tabular Reviews

Delete a Tabular Review when you no longer need the structured extraction output. Deleted reviews disappear from your lists immediately and cannot be reopened.

Delete a Single Review

  1. Open the Tabular Reviews list in your project.

  2. Open the context menu for the review you want to delete.

  3. Select Delete.

  4. Confirm the deletion.

The review disappears from the list immediately and stays removed after refresh.

Delete Multiple Reviews

Delete several reviews at once from the Tabular Reviews list:

  1. Select multiple rows in the reviews list.

  2. Choose Delete Selected.

  3. Confirm the deletion.

All selected reviews are removed from the list immediately.

What Happens When You Delete

  • Removed from lists: Deleted reviews no longer appear in the Tabular Reviews list, search results, or AI lookup paths.

  • Inaccessible by link: Anyone who tries to open a deleted review by its direct URL receives a not found response.

  • Collaborators lose access: Shared reviews that are deleted become inaccessible to all collaborators.

Deleting a review does not delete the underlying source documents. If you shared the review with collaborators, they will no longer be able to access it once deleted.

Restoring Deleted Reviews

Deleted reviews cannot be restored through the August interface. If you need to recover a deleted review, contact your account manager or August support.
